When listening to Winamp radio sometimes it drops and you have to manually double click to reconnect. However this is not convenient. As far as I know Winamp doesn't have auto reconnect feature but there is one trick to avoid internet radio stream dropping. Try to increase Streaming Data Buffer.
Ctrl+P open preferences, go to Plug-Ins Input and find Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder.
Click Configure and increase Streaming Data Buffer (for example to 500kb). Another nice feature is Streaming Prebuffer. If you set it to 0%, Winamp will start play radio immediately without prebuffering. This trick will prevent you from silent time gaps.
