Steve Jobs (Apple) and Bill Gates (Microsoft) claims that software and hardware changes in the upcomming 5 years would be minor because millions of users doesn't want to change their habbits. This thought was expressed at The Wall Street Journal’s D: All Things Digital conference in May 31, 2007.
