When you have many programs installed it is hard to find their installation path. By default all programs are installed in Program Files folder on C drive, but not all programs use the same folder name as program name, for example PowerDVD is installed in folder CyberLink. Good programs should always put Uninstall shortcut in programs menu, but not all of them does that.
A very quick way to locate programs' installation directory is by viewing its properties and going Find Target... link. But this works only if you have shortcut to the program. It can either be in start menu, on desktop or quick launch bar.
To go to installation directory right click on the program icon and then click on Find Target button. You're immediately taken to installation folder. In Properties you could also see installation path in target line.
